Jim Creason
James B. Creason (Jim) currently serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of ThriveAP, a nationwide transition to practice solution for Advanced Practice Providers and their employers. He has over 35 years of financial, real estate and healthcare industry experience.
Prior to joining ThriveAP, Creason had a 16+ year tenure and held various executive positions at Censis Technologies, Inc., a healthcare technology company mostly serving as the Chief Operating Officer until August 2022. He co-founded Clinical Concepts, Inc., a healthcare staffing company in 2000 and served as its President and CEO until 2005. He co-founded Progressive Holdings, Inc. in 1994, a reimbursement, clinical and purchasing services company, and served as its President and CEO until 1999. Creason was employed by American HomePatient from 1989 until 1994 and a national public accounting firm from 1985 until 1989.
He earned his B.S. degrees in Accounting and Economics from the University of Kentucky in 1985.
